Here at Torbay Financial Services our senior financial adviser has been providing bespoke financial advice for 20 years. We are a local, family run business. Our aim is to fully understand your short and long term financial aspirations. To do this we offer a free, initial face to face meeting.
As well as usual office hours we offer evening or weekend appointments to suit your personal circumstances.

Paul Ginley DipPFS – Financial Advisor
Paul has been providing clients with bespoke financial advice for the last 17 years. Paul started his career with Midland Bank in 1988 and working throughout with HSBC until 2011. Paul was the founding member of Torbay Financial Services in 2011. He has been dedicated to giving highly individual advice that is entirely focused on his clients’ specific circumstances and needs. By always ensuring he is aware of the ever-changing developments within the financial services industry he has been able to offer the most suitable products combined with tailored advice to his clients.
Jacqui Ginley – Office Manager
Jacqui has been married to Paul, the Advisor, for 28 years and has been a pivotal role and support behind the scenes for many years. In 2017 Jacqui became the full time Office Manager for Torbay Financial Services. Jacqui ensures the smooth running of the office and manages the enquiries that come through the St.Marychurch office. She coordinates meetings and helps manage the Advisors diary. Jacqui also run’s the networking and communication’s side of the business, which includes, advertising, social media, image consultancy, charity support and volunteering. Overviewing any upcoming events and business contacts. Jacqui is also an active member of the St.Marychurch Traders Association.
